Ahi Mosque

The mosque, located in the center of Kırşehir, was built in 1482 in honor of Ahi Evran, a renowned priest and spiritual leader. Initially, the building was used as a zaviye, but later it was converted into a mosque for prayers and religious rituals. The prayer area inside the mosque is not very large, but it is filled with a spiritual atmosphere and tranquility.

Additionally, inside the mosque is the tomb of Ahi Evran himself, surrounded by other graves and monuments. This place is a sanctuary for locals and pilgrims who come here for prayers and to honor the memory of the respected spiritual leader.

The mosque and tomb are situated in a spacious courtyard surrounded by tall plane trees, creating a secluded and peaceful environment for visitors.
