Kaiser's Throne Observation Deck. The observation deck on the island of Corfu was created by order of German Kaiser Wilhelm II and is located at an altitude of 270 meters above sea level. It offers a 360° panoramic view of the island and surrounding landscapes. To access the platform, there is a stone staircase that can be climbed on foot from the village of Pelekas or by rental car. There is a cafe and convenient parking for cars near the platform.
