Mount Pantokrator

The mountain located in the northeast of the island of Corfu is called Pantokrator. From its height of 906 meters (2972 feet), a stunning view of the entire island opens up, including its picturesque beaches and towns. From the summit, you can also see neighboring Albania, which is only a few kilometers from the shores of Corfu. In good weather, you can see the Italian coast from here, despite the distance of 130 km (81 miles) to it. At the top of Mount Pantokrator, there is a cafe where tourists can enjoy a cup of coffee, a telecommunications station with a tall tower that rises above the surroundings, and an ancient monastery that attracts pilgrims and researchers.
