Abu Dhabi is the heart of the United Arab Emirates, a capital where modernity intertwines with Eastern tradition. The city is spread across islands connected by bridges to the mainland, and even its name – "father of the gazelle" – sounds poetic. Back in the 18th century, there was a small fishing village here, and today it is one of the richest metropolises in the world, where almost all of the country's oil is extracted.

Power is concentrated in Abu Dhabi – the president's residence and the government are located here. The city shines with the snow-white domes of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, amazes with the architecture of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, and preserves history within the walls of the ancient Qasr al-Hosn fortress. For relaxation, there are sandy beaches with soft coral sand and clear sea: Corniche, Al Bateen, Saadiyat.

The climate here is hot and dry: in summer, the air can warm up to +50 °C, and in winter, it stays around +22 °C. Rain is rare, but the sun shines almost all year round. The best time to visit is from November to April.
