Central Stadium

The Central Stadium in Taraz, Kazakhstan, is a multi-purpose sports facility that is currently used primarily for football matches. It is also the home stadium for FC Taraz. The stadium was opened in 1936 and has undergone several renovations since then. In 1948, a running track and wooden stands were built around the field, which were subsequently replaced by two reinforced concrete stands during a renovation in 1975. This allowed the stadium's capacity to be increased to approximately 40,000 people.
