Church of the Holy Mother of God. The Surb Astvatsatsin Church in Panik is a 19th-century Armenian Apostolic church in the village of Panik, Shirak Province. Petros Nahapetyan initiated its construction in 1846. Built from Armenian tuff, it has a wooden roof, a single entrance and eight windows. The graves of Levon Nahapetyan and Petros Nahapetyan stand by the entrance, while an inscription on the façade records the builder of the sacred site.
