Derenik Demirchian House Museum. The Derenik Demirchian House Museum opened in 1977 in the Yerevan apartment where the Armenian writer, playwright and public figure lived from 1929 until his death in 1956. Established by the Armenian Ministry of Culture as a branch of the Yeghishe Charents Museum of Literature and Art, it preserves the author’s personal and creative legacy.
