Gara Garayev House-Museum

The Gara Garayev House-Museum is a unique place dedicated to the life and work of the outstanding Azerbaijani composer and educator. Gara Garayev was a People's Artist of the USSR, a laureate of the Stalin and Lenin Prizes, and a Hero of Socialist Labor. His house-museum is located in the apartment where he lived from 1918 to 1946. This museum is part of the national heritage and is under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
