Jalil Mammadguluzadeh House-Museum

The Jalil Mammadguluzadeh House-Museum is a place where you can immerse yourself in the history and creativity of the famous Azerbaijani writer and publicist. He is the founder of the renowned satirical magazine "Molla Nasraddin." The museum is located in the house where Jalil Mammadguluzadeh lived from 1920 to 1932, at 56 Suleyman Tagizade Street (formerly known as 64 Old Post Office Street). The museum features five rooms housing approximately 5000 exhibits, with 500 of them on display. The majority of the exhibits are original issues of the "Molla Nasraddin" magazine, as well as other magazines created under the influence of this famous publication.
