Gudarehi Monastery

Gudarehi Monastery is an ancient Georgian monastery founded in the 13th century and located in southern Georgia. It is situated west of the village of the same name, which belongs to the Tetritskaro Municipality in the Kvemo Kartli region. The monastery complex includes a main church, a bell tower, and ruins of various buildings such as a palace, cells, chapels, a wine cellar, and stables. The church is adorned with unique medieval stone carvings and inscriptions. Gudarehi Monastery is included in the list of Georgia's national cultural monuments, highlighting its historical and cultural significance.
