Halidzor Fortress. Halidzor Fortress, also known as Halidzor Fort, is an ancient stronghold standing on a hill with sweeping views over the picturesque Voghji River valley in southern Armenia. The monument lies near the city of Kapan in Syunik Province and rises to an elevation of 1,051 metres above sea level, making it one of the region’s most striking hilltop fortifications.
