Holy Trinity Monastery

The Holy Trinity Monastery on the island of Halki (Greek: Μονή Αγίας Τριάδας Χάλκης, Turkish: Heybeliada Ayatriada Manastırı) is an ancient male monastery belonging to the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. It is located on the picturesque island of Heybeliada (Halki) in Turkey. The monastery also houses the Halki Theological School, which was closed by the Turkish government in 1971. However, the Ecumenical Patriarchate is actively working on its revival.
