Minas Avetisyan House Museum. The Minas Avetisyan House Museum opened in the artist’s native village of Jajur on 21 July 1982. It was destroyed in the 1988 Armenian earthquake and rebuilt in 2005. The museum now displays more than 30 original works, forming the largest permanent exhibition of Avetisyan’s art. A major exhibit is the fresco The Birth of Toros Roslin, transferred to the museum in 2010.
