Avetik Isahakyan House Museum. The Avetik Isahakyan House Museum opened in 1975 in the poet’s family home, built in 1828 by his grandfather Nikolai Isahakyan. The rooms preserve the atmosphere of the writer’s lifetime. Visitors can see Isahakyan’s extensive personal library, the old writing desk at which he created his works, a wooden cradle from his childhood and many other personal objects.
