Rüstem Pasha Madrasah. Rüstem Pasha Madrasah (Turkish: Rüstem Paşa Medresesi) is a historical building located in the Fatih district of Istanbul, Turkey. It was built by the order of Rüstem Pasha, the Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire, and was designed by the court architect Mimar Sinan in 1551. This place has great historical significance and is one of the beautiful examples of architecture of that time.
