Vani Archaeological Museum

The Vani settlement (ვანის ნაქალაქარი) is an archaeological complex in western Georgia, located on a hill near the town of Vani in the Imereti region. This complex consists of several layers and is part of an ancient region known as Colchis in the ancient world. The Vani settlement is included in the list of national cultural monuments of Georgia. Here you can see an amazing exhibition and visit active excavations located next to the museum, which can be reached by a suspension bridge starting directly from the museum.
