Yerevan Botanical Garden

Yerevan Botanical Garden is located in the Avan district in the northeast of Armenia’s capital and covers about 80 hectares. It preserves a broad range of Transcaucasian semi-desert flora. Its collection includes more than 200 endemic, rare and endangered plant species and provides an important basis for research into Armenian flora. The garden also supports the study of ecological relationships between plant species in a natural setting.
