Andaberd Monastery. Andaberd Monastery is a historical site on Mount Karavul in the Kelbajar district of Azerbaijan, near Andaberd fortress and the former village of Knaravan. From 1993 to 2020, the territory around the monastery was under the control of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Currently, the monastery is partially destroyed, but its historical value and beauty continue to attract tourists and pilgrims from all over the world.
