Arakel Afrikyan House. The residential building at 38 Pushkin Street in Yerevan’s Kentron District is a protected local monument. Designed by architect Vasily Mirzoyan, it was built in the early 20th century. Until 1918 it belonged to the wealthy Arakel Afrikyan, a member of a prominent Yerevan family, who used it as both a private residence and a guest house.
