Arakiechi Mehmet Aga Mosque. Arakiechi Mehmet Aga Mosque, also known as Takyeci Mehmed Aga Mosque and Yeni Cesme Mosque, is located in the Fatih district of Istanbul. It was built in 1520 by Arakiechi Mehmet Aga and was originally made of wood. The mosque's pulpit was donated to the mosque by Earl Abdullah Effendi, who was the keeper of the seal of Grand Vizier Maktul Ibrahim Pasha.
