Artsivi Gorge

Artsivi Gorge, also known as "Eagle Gorge" in Georgian, is a unique place consisting of a limestone canyon and a forest massif, where the fortress of Khornabuji was built in the 5th century. These sites are located in the Dedoplistskaro municipality in Georgia and are part of the Vashlovani protected areas. Eagle Gorge is located just 2 km from the town of Dedoplistskaro on a limestone rock massif. It is home to over 60 species of birds, including rare species such as the black stork and the griffon vulture.
