Bosphorus Bridge

The Martyrs Bridge, formerly known as the Bosphorus Bridge, is the first bridge to cross the Bosphorus Strait in Istanbul. This suspension bridge connects the European and Asian parts of the city, located near the Ortaköy Mosque. The total length of the bridge is 1560 meters, including 3 spans - 2 shore spans and 1 central span, which is designed for navigation. The main span of the bridge is 1074 meters long, 33 meters wide, and the height of the pylons is 165 meters above water level.
