Cave Gate

The gate, located at the edge of the sea dike, was used to connect the city with the port of Spilia. It is situated at the foot of the Cave Barracks and is part of them. Despite undergoing several modifications, the Barracks have been preserved in roughly the same form to this day. The gate has a total length of 12 meters and includes two openings: a smaller rectangular opening and the main arched entrance.
