Devil's Castle. Kajis-tsikhe, also known as Kajta-tsikhe or Shaitan-Kalesi, is a medieval fortress located in the historical region of Javakheti / Erusheti in southwestern Georgia. Currently, it is situated in the Çıldır district of Ardahan province in Turkey. The name "Devil's Castle" originates from a legend about an evil spirit or devil that was said to have been seen in the area in the past. This story still lives on in the minds of local residents as a superstition.
