Global Village Park

From October to April, Global Village transforms Dubailand into a kaleidoscope of cultures. Each pavilion captures the distinctive character of a country, while boats glide along an artificial river beneath miniature bridges. Alongside leisurely walks and tastings of dishes from around a hundred countries, visitors can enjoy rides, a Ferris wheel and roller coasters, while the World Culture Stage hosts circus acts, theatrical performances and concerts. Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museum surprises guests with curiosities and optical illusions, and the evening turns truly magical with Aqua Fantasia — a show of fountains, fireworks and laser lights.

Global Village has 3,500 retail outlets, from tiny stalls to spacious pavilions, where it is easy to lose yourself among aromas and souvenirs from around the world. In children’s theatres, teddy bears sometimes occupy seats to help guests keep their distance, a small touch that makes the visit feel both cosy and safe.
