Batumi Synagogue

The Batumi Synagogue is a historic building located in the center of Batumi, in the Adjara region of Georgia. This stone synagogue was designed by the renowned architect Semyon Lvovich Volkovich in the style of the Hague and Amsterdam synagogues. The construction of this building took place over four years, from 1900 to 1904. The Batumi Synagogue is an important cultural and religious center for the Jewish community in this region and attracts many tourists with its unique architecture and history.
