Holy Trinity Church. The Holy Trinity Church, also known as Ιερός Ναός Αγίας Τριάδος and Aya Triada Rum Ortodoks Kilisesi, is one of the main Orthodox churches in Istanbul. It is located in the Beyoğlu district (Pera) near Taksim Square. The church was opened in 1880 and is considered the largest and most significant Orthodox religious building in modern Istanbul.
