Kecharis Monastery. Kecharis (Կեչառիս) is an Armenian monastic complex built between the 11th and 13th centuries in Tsaghkadzor, Kotayk Province. It stands on the slope of the Pambak Range in the northwestern part of the town, within the historic Ayrarat district of Varazhnunik. The ensemble includes four churches, two chapels, a gavit and an old cemetery with khachkars dating from the 12th and 13th centuries.
