Mukhrani Palace

Mukhrani Palace, also known as the Garden Palace, was built in 1873 by French architects for Prince Ivan Bagration-Mukhransky. This palace was the residence of the princely house of Mukhrani and is located in the eastern part of Georgia, in Mukhrani. Construction took 12 years, and a specialist from the Palace of Versailles was invited to decorate the gardens. In its time, the Mukhrani residence was an important cultural and political center for the Georgian elite of the Belle Époque. In 2012, the palace was renovated by TBC Bank to preserve its historical significance and beauty.
