Shah Sultan Mosque. The historic Shah Sultan Mosque was built by Shah Sultan, daughter of Yavuz Sultan Selim Khan, in 935/1528 AH. Initially, the mosque was built in the Kubbeli style, but it was destroyed over time. In 1953, reconstruction was carried out, as a result of which the mosque was transformed into a covered one. In 1981-1982, the mosque was renovated, and the last meeting room was also revived. The ruins of the foundation still remain today, testifying to the rich history of this sacred place.
