Tiflis Branch of the State Bank Building. The office building of the State Bank in Tbilisi, built in 1910 according to the design of M. P. Ogandzhanov, previously served as a branch of the State Bank of the Russian Empire. Today, it houses the third building of the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia. The main entrance is adorned with a semi-circular portal with four Corinthian columns, the basement floor is faced with rustication, and the building is topped with an attic with a decorative accent concentrated towards the center.
