Zarzma Monastery

The Zarzma Monastery, dedicated to the Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God, is an ancient Orthodox male monastery located in the picturesque village of Zarzma in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region of southwestern Georgia. It belongs to the Akhaltsikhe and Tao-Klarjeti Eparchy of the Georgian Orthodox Church. Furthermore, the monastery complex is included in the list of national cultural monuments of Georgia, emphasizing its historical and cultural significance.
