Adile Sultan Palace

The Adile Sultan Palace is a historic building that was originally built as an imperial residence for Princess Adile Sultan. Later, a school for girls was opened here, adding new significance to the place. Today, the palace is a cultural and educational center in Kandilli, a suburb of Istanbul in Turkey, hosting various events and activities. The building was constructed according to the design of architect Sarkis Balyan and occupies the site where a pavilion, gifted to the Sultan's sister by Sultan Abdulmejid I, previously stood.
