Bogdania Palace

The Church of Bogdan Sarai, also known as Bogdania Palace, is located in the historic city of Istanbul, Turkey. Built during the Byzantine era, the exact name and primary purpose of this church remain unknown. During the Ottoman period, the small building, dedicated to Saint Nicholas of Myra, was known as Agios Nikolaos tu Bogdansaragi and served as part of the Moldavian embassy's residence. Although the above-ground parts of the building have almost completely disappeared, it still stands as one of the few examples of Byzantine architecture in Istanbul.
