Bulbul House-Museum

The Bulbul House-Museum in Shusha is a separate branch of the Bulbul Memorial Museum in Baku, located in the city of Shusha. This house was built in 1788 and became the place where the famous Azerbaijani opera singer, People's Artist of the USSR Bulbul (M. M. Mamedov), was born and spent his childhood. During restoration work, an inscription was discovered under the plaster on one of the walls, indicating the year of construction. Architecturally, the building reflects the historical features of Karabakh residential houses, making it even more valuable to the region's cultural heritage.
