Greek Orthodox Church of Ayia Mina

A historic Greek church built during the Byzantine era, it has a history of over 1800 years. It is a place of worship for Greeks belonging to the Orthodox Church. Due to the fact that most of its parishioners have emigrated to Greece, the church is only open during certain periods of the year. Unique motifs can be seen on the tall pine tower of the church. Some parts of the facade reveal ancient brick architecture. In the alley known as Moutesellim Street, there is a Çeşme - a spring that holds special significance for believers. The rear facade of the church faces Bestekar Hakkı Bey Street, where another side of this historic building can be seen.
