Marina 101 Skyscraper

Marina 101 is a high-rise building in the Dubai Marina district, consisting of 101 floors and a height of 432 meters (1417 feet). It was officially opened in 2016, but construction was only completed at the end of 2017. The building was designed by the National Engineering Bureau, and construction was carried out by the Turkish conglomerate TAV Construction. The first 33 floors of the building are occupied by the 5-star Hard Rock Hotel with 281 rooms, while floors 34 to 100 are intended for residential apartments.
