Ocean Heights skyscraper

Ocean Heights in Dubai is one of the tallest skyscrapers, designed by architect Andrew Bromberg. The building is located in the Dubai Marina district and has a height of 310 meters, equivalent to 1,014 feet, and consists of 83 floors. Construction was completed in 2010, after the building was topped out on December 22, 2009. Ocean Heights is intended for residential use and, as of 2015, ranked eighth in the world by height among residential buildings. In the list of the tallest residential buildings in the city and country, it ranks sixth, and also ranks 65th in height among buildings in Asia and 83rd in the world.
