Mimar Sinan Mausoleum

The tomb of architect Mimar Sinan is located not far from his famous work - the Süleymaniye Mosque. Before visiting the cathedral, it is worth stopping and carefully studying this modest tomb.

Sinan was an outstanding architect who created about 300 buildings in his lifetime. He lived a long life and worked on projects under Suleiman, Selim II, and Murad III.
