Nedzvi Nature Reserve

Nedzvi Nature Reserve is a unique protected area in central Georgia, located on the slopes of the Lesser Caucasus southwest of Tbilisi. It is situated in the Borjomi municipality and is one of four reserves managed together with the Borjomi Strict Nature Reserve, Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park, and the Goderdzi Petrified Forest Natural Monument. The size and boundaries of Nedzvi Reserve are not yet defined, but its ecoregion consists of diverse Caucasian forests, making it an important site for conserving the biodiversity and unique flora and fauna of this region.
