Tskhratskaro Pass

Tskhratskaro Pass is a mountain pass located in the Borjomi Municipality, Samtskhe-Javakheti region, Georgia. It is situated on the western side of the Trialeti Range and has an elevation of 2462 meters above sea level. Geologically, the pass is composed of middle Paleocene andesite deposits and their pyroclastolites. Picturesque subalpine meadows can be observed around the pass. Tskhratskaro Pass is an important route connecting the Borjomi and Akhalkalaki municipalities.
