Ski Dubai Resort

Ski Dubai is a winter world in the middle of the desert, hidden beneath the roof of Mall of the Emirates. Real snow covers the slopes, and the cold air creates a striking contrast with Dubai's heat. The complex has five runs of varying difficulty, including the world's first indoor black run for visitors seeking an adrenaline rush. The longest slope is 400 meters, with a vertical drop of 60 meters. Beyond the main ski area, guests can explore Snow Park with ice sculptures, sledding hills, and a snow maze, as well as a separate beginner zone and a freestyle park for snowboarders. Lifts, equipment rental, and warm changing rooms make the visit comfortable, while cafés and viewing areas allow guests to watch the snowy activity from indoors. A distinctive highlight is the resident penguin colony, which turns a visit into a genuine northern adventure.

Real fir trees grow on the slopes, their living roots extending into deep four- to five-meter pockets filled with natural soil. This makes the space feel less like a stage set and more like an authentic mountain landscape. Nearby is a 3,000-square-meter snow park, described as the world's largest indoor snow park, where winter feels entirely real.
