Church of St. Mary Draperis

The Church of St. Mary Draperis, also known as Meryem Ana Draperis Latin Katolik Kilisesi or Chiesa di Santa Maria Draperis, was founded in 1584 and is one of the oldest Roman Catholic parishes in Istanbul. Located at İstiklâl Caddesi, 431 (formerly known as Grande Rue de Pera), the church building is situated in the Beyoğlu district at the foot of a steep staircase adorned with an artistic railing.
