Rezan Has Museum

A beautiful "little" archaeological museum is housed within a cistern that was used as a water reservoir beneath a bathhouse. This cistern was built on the site of a former tobacco factory, which has also been transformed into a museum. Unlike the larger Istanbul Archaeological Museum, here the exhibits are displayed under glass, allowing for closer examination and even a peek behind the scenes. The exhibition information panels are very informative, and the arrangement of the exhibits is logical. This small museum is a true gem among the museums of Tsargrad.
