Jvaris Mama Church

Jvaris Mama is an Orthodox church located in the historical center of Tbilisi at 41 Kote Abkhazi Street. It is a small brick building with a dome, rectangular in shape and elongated from east to west (9.25 × 13.15 m). The church is considered one of the oldest religious buildings in Tbilisi and was built at the Tbilisi representation of the Georgian Jerusalem Monastery of the Holy Cross.
