Kanlıca Cemetery

Kanlıca Necropolis, overlooking the Bosphorus and the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge in the background, is a burial site located on the eastern slope of a hill in the Beykoz district with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. It is also known as the "Tomb of Mihrimah Sultan" in honor of Mihrimah Sultan, the daughter of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. This cemetery, also known as Mihrabat Cemetery, is located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul and was named after the Mihrabat Grove, which is nearby. Situated on hilly terrain, this cemetery offers a unique view of the Bosphorus and the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge.
