Nusretiye Clock Tower

The Nusretiye Clock Tower, also known as the Tophane Clock Tower, is a historic structure located in the Tophane district of Istanbul, Turkey. It is situated next to the Nusretiye Mosque and the Tophane Pavilion on the shores of the Bosphorus. This magnificent monument was built by the order of Sultan Abdülmecid I in 1848 and was designed by the architect Garabet Amira Balyan.
