Tbilisi State Azerbaijani Dramatic Theater. The Tbilisi State Azerbaijani Dramatic Theater was founded in 1909 in the premises of a hotel courtyard that belonged to the Tiflis merchant Haji-Ashum Mardanov. This theater is the only Azerbaijani theater that exists in Georgia. Since its foundation, it has become an important cultural center for the Azerbaijani community in the country, presenting a variety of plays and performances that reflect the rich heritage and traditions of Azerbaijani culture.
