Ayazma Mosque. Ayazma Mosque is a historical building constructed during the Ottoman Empire, located in the Aziz Mahmud Hüdai neighborhood of Üsküdar, Istanbul. This temple was built by order of Sultan Mustafa III in memory of his mother Mihrişah Emine Sultan and his brother Şehzade Süleyman. The architect of the mosque was Mehmet Tahir Ağa.
