Salacak Fatih Mosque. This is a historic mosque built during the Ottoman era, located in the Salacak district of Üsküdar, Istanbul. The Fatih Mosque, built by Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror, is also located in this area. The construction of this mosque began in 1453 and it was opened for worship in the same year. Architecturally, it reflects Ottoman motifs. After being destroyed over time, the mosque was restored in 1753 by Mahmud and underwent various repairs.
